Congratulations for November 25th: Tolerance and living together in peace is the only right path

Tomorrow, Statehood Day, November 25th, is celebrated in BiH, and congratulations are arriving on the occasion of this important day for all citizens of BiH, writes the Patria News Agency.

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH Denis Zvizdić congratulated November 25th, Statehood Day, to the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- Sincere congratulations to all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the occasion of Statehood Day. I invite you to build our homeland together by respecting all our differences and using them as our advantage in today's globalized world. Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, happy Statehood Day!”, reads Chairman Zvizdić's congratulatory message - said Zvizdić.

Congratulatory message from the Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, Dragan Čović, on the occasion of Statehood Day of BiH.

- I congratulate the peoples and citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at home and abroad, on November 25th, Statehood Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is one of the most significant days in our history, when the statehood of Bosnia and Herzegovina was reaffirmed, the determination of its peoples to have their country be a community in which full equality of all will be ensured, and its territorial sovereignty, integrity, and historical continuity were confirmed.

Bosnia and Herzegovina is built on a centuries-old tradition of tolerance and coexistence of different peoples, cultures, and religions. However, this tradition was not built without challenges, and one of the greatest is now behind us. This year, we are also marking the 20th anniversary of the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement, which brought longed-for peace to Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is our obligation to work diligently to transform this precious peace into lasting socio-political stability and prosperity. Only in this way can we put an end to the process of reconciliation and enable our country to be recognized for its progress and achievements, rather than for what happened in the past.

Precisely because of this, we must be more committed than ever before to the idea of equality for all peoples and citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is the only way we can leave violence, conflicts, and the destructive political logic of winners and losers behind us forever. Only in this way can we leave the past where it belongs and turn towards a brighter future and progress that we can achieve only within the European Union, to which we belong, as a comprehensive cultural and political community of solidarity, and NATO, as a unique community of security and prosperity.

We must all be fully committed to achieving these goals - the congratulatory message states.

Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Fadil Novalić, sent a congratulatory message to the citizens on the occasion of November 25th, Statehood Day of BiH.

- I congratulate you on the holiday marking one of the most significant events in the centuries-long history of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Today, our country is modern and democratic, and all its citizens have equal rights, regardless of nationality or religion, and it is the task of all of us to keep it that way. Now, a new goal lies before us: to make Bosnia and Herzegovina an organized, developed, and prosperous country, an even better society for all its citizens.

The path towards this goal has begun. We are working together on economic recovery and moving forward. I am convinced that the positive trend will continue in the months and years ahead, and that Bosnia and Herzegovina will be a successful country, and its citizens will live better. Achieving this goal is not just a wish, but the Government's first and most important task.

On the occasion of Statehood Day of BiH, the President of the Alliance for Better Future of BiH, Fahrudin Radončić, sent a congratulatory message.

- We congratulate all citizens of BiH on Statehood Day with the firm belief that the thousand-year state continuity of BiH is unquestionable and that, by joining forces, we must do everything to make it a country of prosperity, economic development, justice, and part of the successful whole that is the European family of peoples and states - says Radončić.
