Greetings on the Occasion of Orthodox Christmas

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - On the occasion of the upcoming Orthodox Christmas, the Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, Denis Zvizdić, sent a greeting to His Eminence Metropolitan Hrizostom of Dabar-Bosnia and to all citizens of BiH who celebrate Christmas according to the Julian calendar.

“To you, your clergy, and all Orthodox believers, I extend sincere greetings on the occasion of the Christmas holiday. I wish that you spend this great holiday with your families in peace, health, and prosperity. I hope that these holidays will encourage better understanding, togetherness, and progress for all citizens of our only homeland, Bosnia and Herzegovina,” reads the greeting from Chairman Zvizdić.

The High Representative in BiH, Valentin Inzko, sent a greeting to all Orthodox believers on the occasion of the great Christmas holiday:

“Dear believers, I wish that this great holiday of Christ's birth brings you sincere joy and the light of new life that will shine in your hearts. I greet all of you, dear believers, together with your families, with: Peace of God - Christ is born!”
