Congratulations from the Assembly and Government of KS to the Bosnia and Herzegovina sitting volleyball team: You are an inspiration to young people in BiH

(Patria) - The leaders and members of the Assembly and Government of Sarajevo Canton congratulated the Bosnia and Herzegovina sitting volleyball team, which lost to Iran in the final of the Paralympic Games tonight, thus concluding their success in Paris with a fourth Olympic silver medal.

This is a total of seven Paralympic medals for BiH, two of which are gold – from Athens in 2004 and London eight years later.

“With great pride and enthusiasm, we congratulate our athletes on winning the silver medal at the Paralympics in Paris. Your success in sitting volleyball is not only an addition to your string of previous outstanding achievements but also a shining example and inspiration for young people across our country.
