Cerić developed a policy that can be marketed to where decisions are made, and that is the US Congress

Dr. Mustafa Cerić is exceptionally educated, has the knowledge and the right to engage in politics, stated Stjepan Mesić, former President of the Republic of Croatia, for the BH news agency Patria (NAP) Stjepan Mesić, former President of the Republic of Croatia, in July this year when Dr. Cerić first announced that he would run for a member of the BiH Presidency in the General Elections held on October 12.

Mesić, as always, follows political developments in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and said that he knows Dr. Cerić very well. He believes that the fact that Dr. Cerić is an independent candidate for the BiH Presidency can be positive for the political scene.  

- It can be a positive thing considering the strained relations in BiH, especially among the major parties, and consensus cannot be reached at all, but time will tell. I am convinced that citizens will behave as a collective intellectual and they will understand what suits Bosnia and Herzegovina the most – Mesić said in that interview for Patria.

The candidacy of Dr. Cerić for a member of the BiH Presidency has also been supported by many other prominent politicians from the country and the region, as well as many political analysts from the United States of America. They note that his influence, which extends from East to West, could be a stabilizing factor not only in BiH but also in the region.

In addition to Mesić, the candidacy of Dr. Cerić was also supported by the Mufti of Zagreb Aziz ef. Hasanović, the Mufti of Slovenia Dr. Nedžad ef. Grabus, as well as some political analysts in the United States of America (USA). 

 - Given the international influence that Dr. Cerić has, his experience and wisdom, which he also showed while leading the Islamic Community, there is reason to be optimistic regarding Dr. Cerić's candidacy for the BiH Presidency – said ef. Hasanović. 

He dismissed the possibility of a negative impact on the Bosniak people due to Cerić's entry into politics. He said that on this stage of ideas and projects, everyone has the right to offer solutions that they believe will bring progress and benefit to society.

Dr. Grabus also did not spare words of praise for Dr. Cerić, reminding that Dr. Cerić has all the credentials to be the Bosniak member of the BiH Presidency.

- Neither the personal nor the professional capacity of Dr. Mustafa Cerić is in question. He has all the credentials for the position he is running for – stated Dr. Grabus on June 5.

The well-known American journalist and foreign policy columnist Georgie Anne Geyer, known by the nickname GG, wrote in an article published a few days ago about Dr. Cerić, whom she met during the bloody conflicts in BiH, that “With people like him, perhaps there is still hope…”.

The prominent political analyst and Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Mostar Zoran Tomić also spoke highly of Dr. Cerić. Appearing on Centralni dnevnik with Senad Hadžifejzović, Tomić said that the best marketing is the marketing of an offer, and it is evident that Cerić has developed a policy that he can market to the American elite, the political elite, and impose an agenda where decisions are made, and that is the US Congress.

Academician Muhamed Filipović also gave his support to Dr. Cerić for a member of the BiH Presidency on June 2 this year, writes NAP.
