Čelik with Kafedžić: Strengthen the Office for the Fight against Corruption in terms of personnel and material resources

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Chairman of the Assembly of the Sarajevo Canton, Mirza Čelik, initiated today's meeting with the head of the Office for the Fight against Corruption and Quality Management of the Sarajevo Canton, Erduan Kafedžić, and expressed full support for the work of this Office, emphasizing the importance of the processes that this Office leads in the domain of the fight against corruption and its prevention.

“We want to hear what the current needs of this Office are in terms of personnel and material strengthening, as well as its adequate accommodation. As the Chairman of the Assembly of the Sarajevo Canton, I state that through the Budget of the Sarajevo Canton for 2020, in accordance with the expressed needs, we will strengthen the capacities of this Office because its action in the fight against corruption as well as quality management is very important to us,” stated Chairman Čelik.

According to Kafedžić, the work of the Office confirms its purpose every day, and the processes conducted there are expanding and intensifying. The support of the Assembly of the Sarajevo Canton will certainly be necessary and important, especially in the domain of personnel strengthening and training, as well as other forms of financial support for its work, Kafedžić pointed out.
