CBBiH Partner Institution of 'The Economist: The World in 2022' Conference

(Patria) - The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CBBiH), as a partner institution, is pleased to announce the conference „The Economist: The World in 2022“ which will be held on December 9, 2021, in the building of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in Sarajevo.

The conference is organized by Color Media Communications in cooperation with CBBiH and with the support of the British Embassy in BiH and the EU Delegation to BiH, and will bring together leading economic experts, businessmen, holders of the highest public offices, as well as representatives of the diplomatic community in BiH. The event will summarize the current year with conclusions on the economic, business and political environment of BiH and open up issues of importance for the coming year.

The conference will be opened by the Governor of CBBiH, Senad Softić, and the aim of the conference is, through constructive dialogue between representatives of economic institutions, authorities, diplomatic and business communities, to provide analyses and views on the economic and political environment, investment climate, and the development of society as a whole. Through panel discussions, answers will be sought to the questions of what challenges await us in 2022, how the world and Bosnian-Herzegovinian economies will recover from the consequences of the global pandemic, and what are the economic prospects of BiH.

The conference will promote the prestigious British magazine „The Economist“, which is launching its annual edition „The World in...“ for the first time in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
