Čavku nije zaustavila prijava: Nastavio istragu o lažnoj Osmicinoj diplomi, dopis stigao 30. januara

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Disciplinary Prosecutor's Office of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council has filed a lawsuit against state prosecutor Oleg Čavku. Čavku is being sued for illegally conducting an investigation in the case "Diploma", and for illegally interrogating a journalist from Žurnal, Azra Omerović. When it comes to the diplomas, Čavku initiated a story related to Osman Mehmedagić-Osmica, so the complaint against him was promptly activated.

However, this did not stop prosecutor Čavku from continuing the investigation regarding Mehmedagić's diploma, the director of the Security and Intelligence Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
As confirmed to Patria on Thursday, January 30, a letter arrived at the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, specifically to the Joint Commission for Oversight of the Work of the OSA, as well as to the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Zoran Tegeltija. 

It lists all the suspicions that the prosecutor has and which he confirmed through the investigation, regarding the fake diploma of Osman Mehmedagić.

The first official news about this letter is expected as early as tomorrow. However, due to Mehmedagić's appointment at the state level, all others are blocked. The condition that he must be the director of the OSA was given by the SDA as an ultimatum to the SNSD, otherwise, there will be no appointment of Darko Ćulum as the head of SIPA.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the old story continues: no one looks at the expertise of the personnel, only which party the individual belongs to or which party benefits from that appointment.
It is definite that the directors of SIPA and OSA will be elected as a package, which is a nonsense of the SDA-SNSD-HDZ-DF and SBB coalition. The HDZ is silent because SIPA is currently managed by their Đuro Knežević, the deputy with all the powers of the director.

The SNSD is in a stalemate. Mehmedagić, after his higher education diploma was annulled in the Republika Srpska, and while the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is seriously dealing with the case, has a problem with competence. Additionally, the appointment is being arranged in consultation with the members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where Milorad Dodik, who previously declared the OSA led by Mehmedagić as an „enemy organization for the Republika Srpska“.
