Čavara accuses: We don't have a Federation Government because of DF

The appointment of the FBiH Government has not been confirmed due to DF's withdrawal from representing the others – citizens of FBiH. Because of this, the Commission for Elections and Appointments of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament requested in writing a statement from the candidates regarding their national affiliation or category of others, reports the Patria News Agency.

The parties forming the parliamentary majority in FBiH have not submitted in writing their statements on the national affiliation of candidates for the composition of the FBiH Government, so the President of FBiH could not submit the candidates' statements on national affiliation, which we expected during the day or in the coming days, which would enable the confirmation of the Decision on the appointment of the FBiH Government.

The move by the Deputy President of FBiH, Milan Dunović, to withdraw consent for the appointment of the FBiH Government is surprising, hasty, and questionable.

The President of FBiH makes the Decision on appointment, the Decision has been made and is in force.

During inter-party talks on forming the FBiH Government, DF insisted on incorporating civic principles into the programmatic principles and demanded that one position in the composition of the FBiH Government be recognized and allocated to a candidate from the category of others – citizens of FBiH, whom they want to represent as a party.

It is all the more surprising that they have withdrawn from representing and advocating for the others – citizens of FBiH, it was announced from the office of the President of the Federation of BiH, Marinko Čavara.
