Ćavar declined to comment on the indictment against Zubac

Deputy Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mladen Ćavar did not want to comment on the indictment filed by the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina against Goran Zubac, director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency, due to negligent performance of duties, writes the Patria news agency.

- Until the indictment is confirmed, I cannot comment on anything, nor can I speak about the procedures that are further carried out - said Ćavar.

He could not even comment on whether the fact that Zubac still has access to classified information is problematic.

- I really cannot tell you anything - said Ćavar.

We recall, the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina launched an investigation because Zubac did not act in accordance with the law on February 7 when the building of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina was set on fire, as he did not allow the reaction of the SIPA Special Unit. We recall that Zubac clashed with dissidents and Bosniaks in this institution, and during his work he vented his anger on Marko Dominković, Rašid Palić, Željka Kujundžija, Enes Karić, Vahid Alagić and others, writes Patria.
