Čampara's advisor filed criminal charges against Osmica, Avdić and an unknown person

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Mirela Bubalo, advisor to the Federal Minister of Internal Affairs Aljoša Čampara, filed criminal charges with the BiH Prosecutor's Office on Monday against Osman Mehmedagić, Avdo Avdić, and an unknown person from JP BH Pošta. 

"I filed criminal charges against Osman Mehmedagić, Avdo Avdić, and an unknown person from JP 'Pošte' BiH on suspicion of committing criminal offenses punishable by the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska, and today my lawyer also filed a private lawsuit for defamation against Avdo Avdić and the portal Istraga.ba. Personal data about me, such as my address, my mother's and father's names, and my husband's personal details, were illegally collected and publicly disclosed - which indicates that someone from OSA BiH illegally accessed the Citizen Identity Protection System (CIPS). In a false text stating that I had filed criminal charges, my residential address was published, and it even went a step further by embedding a map in the text that clearly shows the path to my front door! Due to the demonization orchestrated by Osman Mehmedagić, I live in fear and my life has turned into hell," Bubalo wrote on her Facebook profile. 

She stated that she informed the embassies of the USA, Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, as well as the EU Delegation and the OHR about their "shameful moves that discourage potential REAL reporters of crime and corruption, sending them a message that they will be persecuted and demonized. I also addressed the Joint Commission for Oversight of the Work of OSA BiH, the Personal Data Protection Agency, and the Press Council."
