Čampara will support KS Government, Asim Sarajlić also attended SDA Collegium

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The party's Collegium began at 3 PM at the SDA Headquarters following the scandal that erupted with the release of an audio recording severely compromising Asim Sarajlić, SDA Vice-President and Chairman of the SDA Personnel Commission. In the recording, he offers employment to a delegate's wife, while lobbying for him to vote for Fikret Prevljak instead of Semir Efendić for the head of the Sarajevo Canton SDA Committee. 

Sarajlić also reveals other irregularities in the recording concerning the election of the SDA mayor, employment, and candidates for ministers in the KS Government who were replaced by other candidates. Sarajlić has resigned from these two party positions, and the SDA Collegium will address this today. 

Aljoša Čampara, an SDA representative in the KS Assembly, had previously reacted, stating that he would not support the KS Government if the candidates mentioned in the recording were not changed. Čampara also demanded Sarajlić's resignation, and that the SDA apologize and introduce a trusteeship in the Sarajevo Canton SDA Committee. 

During a break in the KS Assembly session, Čampara announced that he would support Marijo Nenadić's KS Government. 

The SDA had previously stated that competent judicial bodies should investigate the recording and its origin, while the SDA would handle internal party sanctions.  

Asim Sarajlić arrived at the Collegium session, and during the day, Semir Efendić, the mayor of Novi Grad municipality who released the recording of irregularities to the public, gave his statement to the MUP KS.
