Cameron: Great Britain will vote for the Resolution on the Genocide in Srebrenica

(Patria) - Head of British diplomacy David Cameron issued a public statement regarding the Resolution on the Genocide in Srebrenica, which will be on the agenda of the UN General Assembly in mid-May.

At a public session held in the House of Lords, before the Committee on International Relations and Defence, Cameron presented the British government's position on this resolution.

"It is extremely depressing that Serbia and RS are launching a campaign against the annulment of the Resolution. There was genocide in Srebrenica.

I think everyone remembers Srebrenica, and it was genocide, one of the worst we have seen on one continent in recent decades.

The United Kingdom will vote for the resolution, we will publicly advocate for its adoption and call out those who oppose it," Cameron stated.

Let us remind you, the BiH diaspora in Great Britain (BH UK Network) sent an appeal to the British government last week, asking for support for the proposed Resolution on Srebrenica.
