Turbulent session at the Tuzla Canton Assembly: Almost the entire SDA Club requested an extraordinary session

TUZLA, (Patria) - An extraordinary session of the Tuzla Canton Assembly is underway with only one item on the agenda, which is a vote of no confidence in Prime Minister Bego Gutić (SDA) and his Government. 

The beginning of the session was marked by breaks requested by the SDA Club to see the names of the signatories who requested the extraordinary session. Most of the signatories on that paper are from the SDA Club, but there is not a single name of a deputy from SBB. 

Prime Minister Bego Gutić addressed the deputies, stating that there was no adequate explanation from the group of deputies who delegated the agenda item on the dismissal of the Tuzla Canton Government.

SDP BiH deputies said they would not support Gutić's dismissal, meaning they would abstain during the vote. 

This session is the epilogue of the split between the now former head of the SDA Tuzla Regional Board Mirsad Kukić and Prime Minister Gutić, who had written to SDA President Bakir Izetbegović several times about the situation in the Tuzla Canton.
