Turbulent night: Three false bomb threats in Bijeljina within half an hour

Last night, between 00:13 and 00:42, the Bijeljina Public Security Center received three reports of planted explosive devices, Patria reports.

At 00:13, a doctor from the Health Center called the Bijeljina 1 Police Station and said that an unknown male person had reported to the emergency phone that an explosive device was placed under an ambulance vehicle.

Seven minutes later, the receptionist of the hotel „Drina“ reported that an unknown male caller had reported that a bomb was placed in the hotel.

After about twenty minutes, the police received a report that an explosive device was placed in a pharmacy in Bijeljina. All facilities were inspected and it was determined that the reports were false.

-Once again, we appeal to citizens not to misuse a large number of personnel who respond to the scene and act on these reports in such an inappropriate and tasteless manner, the Ministry of Interior of Republika Srpska stated.
