Turbulent night in Sarajevo: Young man injured in shooting, car hits woman

A 27-year-old T.E. was injured in a shooting that occurred tonight at 7:30 PM in the very center of Sarajevo, in Kranjčevićeva Street, reports the Patria News Agency. 

He was admitted to the Emergency Medicine Clinic of the University Clinical Center Sarajevo (KCUS) with severe injuries to his legs and arm, and has been placed in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology. 

A traffic accident occurred at Dolac Malta, an hour after this shooting, in which a female person was injured. A pedestrian was hit by a car, after which she was also transferred to the Emergency Medicine Clinic where she is receiving medical assistance. 

Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton conducted investigations into both of these incidents.
