(Patria) - Official Moscow expressed regret over the decision of the Bulgarian authorities to declare two Russian diplomats 'personae non gratae', and announced that it would provide detailed information later about the measures it intends to take in return, according to a statement from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, among other things.
Bulgaria reported on Wednesday that it had expelled two Russian diplomats suspected by Bulgarian prosecutors of being involved in espionage.
They were given 72 hours to leave Bulgaria, which the Russian embassy in Sofia called 'unfounded', reports Reuters.
