The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina today, at its 65th emergency session held by phone, adopted a Decision authorizing the Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Nermin Nikšić to, upon the proposal of the Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Health, adopt by-laws within the competence of the Federal Ministry of Health, reports the Patria news agency.
Furthermore, the Federal Government authorized the Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Health, Snježana Bodnaruk, to sign decisions made in administrative proceedings within the competence of this Ministry, payment orders for financial obligations, and other acts.
Both decisions take effect on the day of their adoption and will be published in the „Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH“.
The President of the Federation of BiH, Živko Budimir, issued a Decision accepting the resignation of the Federal Minister of Health dated January 15, 2015.
Upon the entry into force of this decision, on January 15, 2015, the Federal Minister of Health, Rusmir Mesihović, ceased to hold office in the Government of the FBiH.
In this regard, it was necessary to adopt these decisions on authorizations, states the announcement from the Office of the Government of the FBiH for Public Relations.
