Bučo and Konaković not to Zvizdić's liking, who is trying to bring Šabić back into the game!

Muharem Šabić did not receive support from the Personnel Commission of the SDA Sarajevo Cantonal Board for the mandate holder for the new composition of the Sarajevo Canton Government, but Denis Zvizdić, the president of the Cantonal Board, is trying in every possible way to bring him back into the game, reports the Patria news agency.

The Personnel Commission, which has 11 members, gave six votes to Jasmin Bučo and five to Dino Konaković, so the two of them entered the final round for the mandate holder.

However, Zvizdić is now trying at all costs to literally annul the decision of the Personnel Commission, and on Monday, when the session of the Executive Board of the SDA Cantonal Board is scheduled, to lobby that the members of this party body confirm Šabić, and not Bučo or Konaković.

It remains to be seen how the members of the Personnel Commission, as well as the municipal boards from Sarajevo Canton who proposed the candidates, will react to all this.

The majority of them proposed precisely these two young politicians, while only Novi Grad, led by Huso Ćesir, proposed Šabić.

Šabić, incidentally, is not known to the local public, but it is known that he comes from the defunct BH Airlines, so it is logical to ask if he failed to save this company from bankruptcy, how will he manage the Canton, which is drowning in debt and problems.

The Executive Board has 28 members, and it certainly remains to be seen what their reaction will be to such political games by Zvizdić. The final approval is given by the SDA Presidency, which should also meet on Monday.
