Bruce Dickinson in Sarajevo

(Patria) - Bruce Dickinson has arrived in Sarajevo. The legendary "Iron Maiden" singer was declared "Honorary Citizen of the City of Sarajevo" last year, and the award was supposed to be presented to him on November 25th.

However, due to his busy schedule, he couldn't make it and promised back then to visit the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina on April 6th.

And he fulfilled that promise, just as he fulfilled the one in 1994 when he held a concert while Sarajevo was under siege.

Upon landing, Dickinson said he felt great in Sarajevo.

- It's great to be back here after so many years. Unfortunately, I have to go to America on Sunday, so I'm leaving Sarajevo tomorrow. I think I'll see a few friends for a drink in Sarajevo - he said, announcing that he will come again in the fall.
