The traditional Zenica Čimburijada is being held today on the banks of the River Bosna, with thousands of Zenica residents and other visitors welcoming the first day of spring in this way, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.
One of the sponsors of this event is Vispak from Visoko, and there are also members of the Association of Chefs of Bosnia and Herzegovina who will judge the best čimbur. For all coffee lovers, there is Vispak's džezva.
Rasim Salčinović made a čimbur from 1,500 eggs, which was distributed to those present. This year's Zenica Čimburijada is accompanied by a series of cultural, sports and socially responsible activities.
