Numerous congratulations on the occasion of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Statehood Day

On the occasion of November 25, Statehood Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina, High Representative Valentin Inzko sent congratulations to the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

- I congratulate the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Statehood Day with the wish that through joint work and mutual understanding they contribute to building a better future for all people living in this beautiful country. I am especially pleased that on this day I can say that Bosnia and Herzegovina, despite all its diversity, has not forgotten the noble values by which we remember the longest periods of its history, namely tolerance, good neighborly relations and coexistence with people of other beliefs. With the help of these values, we should continue to build Bosnia and Herzegovina as a common and successful homeland for all its peoples and citizens - the congratulatory message states.

Statehood Day was also congratulated by Dr. Mustafa Cerić, President of the World Bosniak Congress.

- The best lesson of the brave delegates of ZAVNOBiH was precisely the message that differences exist, but not to tear the soul of our country, but to jointly fight for the good of all, for the progress of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and by strengthening it, for the good and progress of, at that time, Yugoslavia. This is a message that today we comment on only as a historical fact, something that was said more than seven decades ago. We should, in fact, take that message seriously, as a universal instruction on how to work - said Dr. Cerić.

Numerous Bosnian politicians also sent congratulations on the occasion of November 25.
