Salah Abdeslam's Brother: "Surrender, We Care About You"

The brother of Europe's most wanted man, terrorist Salah Abdeslam, for whom a warrant has been issued, sent him a message to surrender to the authorities, reports the Patria News Agency.

He spoke with BMFTV reporters.

-We are a family, we think about him, we worry about where he is, if he is scared, if he is eating. It would be best for him to surrender to the authorities, so we can find out what exactly happened, said Mohammed.

Salah's other brother, Ibrahim Abdeslam, blew himself up with explosives during the terrorist attack in Paris. His family claimed yesterday that he did not want to kill anyone, but blew himself up due to stress.

-Maybe the explosives detonated accidentally earlier. Maybe it was due to stress, said an unnamed family member.

-We saw him a few days before the attack. There were no signs that he was planning to do anything violent, added the family member.

-The fact that the explosives detonated and no one was killed speaks volumes, said the family member, admitting that Ibrahim had spent too much time in Syria.

-We were surprised that Salah was involved. Ibrahim was different. We saw that he had become radicalized, at least in part. However, he was not so radical that we would think he would do something like this, said a family member, writes Index.
