Mehmed Bradarić, delegate in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH confirmed for the BiH news agency Patria (NAP) that Denis Bećirović, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of PSBiH, has the highest chance to be SDP's candidate for the BiH Presidency in the upcoming elections.
Bradarić stated that by the end of this week, i.e., on Friday, the party's leadership will decide on this, as well as Bećirović himself, without whose consent no one can speak on his behalf.
Bradarić did not want to comment on who SDP's other candidates for the Presidency would be if Bećirović refused the candidacy, but he said he was sure that if he accepted the candidacy, he would surely be the winner.
- Not only do I think he has a chance to get a seat in the BiH Presidency alongside Izetbegović, Cerić, Kebo and others, but I am sure he can also defeat them – Bradarić told Patria.
