Kemal Čaušević is guilty of crime in the Indirect Taxation Authority, Miro Džakula is not. Čaušević will go to prison, and Džakula to Elektroprenos.

Fadil Novalić is guilty of federal respirators, while Radovan Višković is not guilty of respirators or the field hospital in RS.

Fikret Hodžić and his Malina are accused of procuring respirators, Kristian Marić, the intermediary in the procurement, is only a witness.

Osman Mehmedagić was arrested twice and searched three times, while Dragan Lukač was never arrested. Not even for sending Nedžad Dizdarević to his death.

Ranko Debevec is in custody, and Milan Kajganić is detaining. Unless it concerns convicts or indictees for genocide.

Selmo Cikotić will go to court for war crimes, Nenad Stevandić – will not.

Abdulah Skaka was arrested for damages of 30 thousand marks. Ljubo Bešlić was never investigated during his lifetime.

The mayors of Zenica, Fuad Kasumović, and Bihać, Hamdija Lipovača, were also in custody. Mayors from West Herzegovina, Banja Luka, or East Sarajevo were never in custody.

Nedim Uzunović was also in custody due to Bosnalijek. Milenko Bašić was not due to the “respected Lager”.

Fahrudin Radončić was also arrested in Sarajevo. Jozo Pavković was not arrested in Herzegovina.

Dozens of Sarajevo businessmen fell due to “Kasa”. But the kasa has not yet reached West Herzegovina.

When he was tried for crime with Čović, Jerko Lijanović was acquitted. When he was tried after turning his back on Dragan Čović, Jerko Lijanović was convicted.

Do you want statistics? Here they are.

In five years, from the beginning of 2018 to the end of 2022, the Prosecutor's Office of the West Herzegovina Canton, Široki Brijeg, filed nine indictments for criminal offenses – corruption and economic crime. In only one case was a prison sentence imposed, while in five cases – suspended sentences were imposed. And that's it regarding the fight against corruption in the West Herzegovina Canton, which is sovereignly ruled by HDZ BiH. This canton includes three municipalities and one city administration. There are cantonal institutions there. In the West Herzegovina Canton, according to the 2013 census, there are 95,000 inhabitants.

In the Bosniak-Podrinje Canton, there are 23,000 inhabitants. The canton consists of two municipalities and one city. In addition to local municipal and city administrations, this canton also has cantonal institutions. In four years, from the beginning of 2018 to the end of 2021, the Prosecutor's Office of the Bosniak-Podrinje Canton filed 10 indictments for corruption and abuse of office. One more than the West Herzegovina Canton in five years. And in that canton, during the observed period, one prison sentence was imposed for the criminal offense of corruption.

Therefore, the Goražde Prosecutor's Office filed more indictments for corruption in four years than the West Herzegovina Canton Prosecutor's Office in five years, even though the West Herzegovina Canton has more municipal administrations and almost four times more inhabitants.

From the beginning of 2018 to the end of 2021, the Mostar Prosecutor's Office filed 32 indictments. So, in four years – 32 indictments in a canton that includes nine municipal and city administrations, all cantonal institutions, and several federal institutions. In four years, only four prison sentences were imposed. Sixteen are suspended sentences. This is how the fight against corruption looks in the canton ruled by HDZ BiH, which has 222,000 inhabitants.

In the Una-Sana Canton, there are 273,000 inhabitants. This canton includes eight municipalities and cities. In addition to municipal administrations, cantonal institutions are also located in Bihać. There are no federal institutions. In four years, 2018-2021, the Prosecutor's Office of the Una-Sana Canton filed 72 indictments for corruption and abuse of office. In fifteen corruption cases, prison sentences were imposed. A total of 39 suspended sentences for corruption were imposed.

This means that although Mostar has more institutions (local, cantonal, and federal), the Prosecutor's Office of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton filed half as many indictments for corruption and abuse of office as the Prosecutor's Office of the Una-Sana Canton.

In the Central Bosnia Canton, there are 254,000 inhabitants. Twelve municipal and city administrations are under the jurisdiction of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Travnik. To this should be added all cantonal institutions in the Central Bosnia Canton. In four years, 2018-2021, the Prosecutor's Office of the Central Bosnia Canton filed ten indictments for corruption and abuse of office. In the same period, the judiciary of that canton did not impose any prison sentences for corruption. Only three suspended sentences were imposed.

In the Zenica-Doboj Canton, there are 364,000 inhabitants. The Prosecutor's Office of the Zenica-Doboj Canton is responsible for twelve municipalities and cities, as well as all cantonal institutions. According to data from Transparency International, in four years, the Prosecutor's Office of the Zenica-Doboj Canton filed 101 indictments for corruption, of which three indictments relate to high-level corruption. A total of eighteen prison sentences were imposed. There were 55 suspended sentences.

Therefore, the Prosecutor's Office of the Zenica-Doboj Canton filed ten times more indictments for corruption than the Prosecutor's Office of the Central Bosnia Canton, where HDZ BiH forms the backbone of the government.

Cantonal prosecutor's offices in Tuzla and Sarajevo have the best results. For example, the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office alone filed 100 indictments for corruption in 2021, and a total of eight prison sentences were imposed that year. During 2020, the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office filed 15 indictments, in 2019, 24 indictments for corruption, and in 2018, 29 indictments. The judiciary in the Sarajevo Canton imposed 21 prison sentences for corruption from the beginning of 2018 to the end of 2021. There were 52 suspended sentences.

The Prosecutor's Office of the Tuzla Canton filed 132 indictments for corruption from 2018 to 2021. In the same period, a total of 39 prison sentences for corruption were imposed. A total of 92 suspended sentences were imposed.
