Bosniak Alliance of Montenegro in New York: We want the truth about Gašović and seek help from the USA

Following the reporting of the Patria news agency about Zoran Gašović, an officer of the Police Directorate of the Ministry of Interior – Nikšić Security Centre, whom witnesses claim is a criminal who killed in camps in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Bosniak Alliance of Montenegro in New York has reacted, Patria reports.

- The Bosniak Alliance of Montenegro in New York, upon the information that the executioner Zoran Gašović, a butcher of Bosniaks, is regularly employed in the Ministry of Interior of Montenegro, left everyone in distant America speechless. The question arises whether Serbian and Montenegrin candidates undergo the same treatment and checks as other members of other nations when applying for a job in the Ministry of Interior. Just a few years ago, we know that out of 26 candidates for a job in the Ministry of Interior of Montenegro, several Bosniaks were rejected due to the so-called false jaundice disease - only for it to be later determined, after checking medical records, that none of them had suffered from this disease. In fact, the only disease was discrimination against Bosniak young men!

Today, when the entire region is buzzing that quite a few notorious fascists also work in the Ministry of Interior of Montenegro, but also Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, people with suspicious war biographies are employed, we are surprised that the Ministry of Interior of Montenegro does not check such workers.

The Bosniak Alliance of Montenegro in New York seeks and demands a quick response from the Ministry of Interior of Montenegro regarding this case and a check of others. If we do not receive an adequate response within two months at the latest, we will have to contact and inform international institutions in New York and Washington – state from this association.
