Bosnalijek entered the ownership structure of Pharmamed

The largest pharmaceutical company in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bosnalijek, has become a co-owner of Pharmamed. The decision to accept the consent for Bosnalijek's entry into the ownership structure of Pharmamed was made at the General Assembly of Pharmamed.

- An opportunity is created for Pharmamed to place its products on numerous markets where Bosnalijek has already proven its quality and high standards, in synergy with Bosnalijek – said the director of Bosnalijek, Nedim Uzunović, convinced that this will be an incentive for the further development of the pharmaceutical industry in BiH. He said that this is just the beginning of the realization of very ambitious plans of Bosnalijek's management. 

After success in the Russian and other foreign markets and announcements about the upcoming entry into the Turkish market, Bosnalijek, as announced by the company, will focus on investments in domestic companies and expanding its product range, reports NAP.
