Bosna Royal to host German Riesen Ludwigsburg

KK Bosna Royal will play the first match of the first round of qualifications for the Basketball Champions League on Tuesday, September 19, against MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg from Germany, reports the Patria agency.

The match will be played in the Mirza Delibašić hall, Skenderija, starting at 6:30 PM.

The Bosna Royal team, led by coach Aleksandar Damjanović, includes experienced players Goran Ikonić, Cory Bradford, and Maksim Šturanović, who have played for numerous European and world basketball clubs.

In addition to them, the Students' roster includes a host of young players: Haris Ćurevac, Devon Walker, Aldin Đelmo, Aleksandar Radukić, Milija Miković, Atif Durak, Adi Alikadić, Miroslav Pašajlić, Draško Knežević, and Edin Rešidović.

- After eight years, KK "Bosna Royal" is playing European games again. This is a significant step forward for us, and we expect an energetic fight from our guys. We are training intensively every day and preparing so that the players can best welcome the upcoming matches - stated KK Bosna Royal coach Aleksandar Damjanović.

MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg has been playing in the highest competition of the Bundesliga for 15 years, where they finished in eighth place last season. This placement enabled them to qualify for the Play-off.
