Bosnia and Herzegovina again among the top 100 European Volkswagen service centres

Volkswagen AG has once again selected and awarded its top 100 European service partners with the prestigious "Volkswagen Service Quality Award (VSQA)".

The awards were presented to service workshops that in 2017 achieved the highest quality of service and the best results in customer retention and satisfaction. The Volkswagen Service Quality Award has been presented since 2008.

Representative of Volkswagen AG, Mr. Jens Metzner, presented the plaques for the results achieved in 2017 yesterday at Jahorina, at a working meeting of the Volkswagen authorised dealer network.

- Porsche BH is proud of the fact that every year our Volkswagen services are among the top 100 European services. Among the top 100 Volkswagen services in Europe, two Bosnian-Herzegovinian dealers are again included: AC Quattro Sarajevo as the service with the best improvement in quality (greatest improvement), and Nipex Tuzla as the Volkswagen service with the best quality of service in the past year - emphasised Omer Kozadra, Head of After Sales at Porsche BH.

- Those service partners who win this prestigious award three or more times enter the so-called „Hall of Fame“. We are pleased that Porsche BH has had its representatives in the Hall of Fame since 2015. For our authorised partner, Nipex from Tuzla, this is the fifth consecutive VSQA award - says Kozadra.

He announced that Porsche BH will continue to devote great attention to the education and training of both its employees and its authorised service partners.

- We are confident that we will again be among the top 100 Volkswagen services next year - says Kozadra.
