Bosnia and Herzegovina among three countries to receive prestigious EARC award

A doctoral student at the Department of Genetics and Bioengineering at Burch University in Sarajevo, Senol Dogan, is the recipient of the EARC award (European Association Cancer Research) for research within his doctoral dissertation, which he presented at the NCRI (National Cancer Research Institute) conference held from November 1 to 4, 2015, in Liverpool, writes the BH news agency Patria.

More than a thousand researchers from different parts of the world participated in this gathering, and the awards ultimately went to researchers from BiH, France, and the Netherlands.

Dogan received an invitation from the NCRI leadership to attend next year's conference, which will be held in Manchester.
