Bosić: No coalition with SNSD while Dodik leads the party

Leader of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) Mladen Bosić stated that there is no possibility of his party entering into a coalition with the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) as long as Milorad Dodik is at the head of that political party, reports the Patria News Agency.

-There is no chance as long as Milorad Dodik is the president of SNSD. Milorad Dodik has shown that his word means nothing, Bosić said as a guest on BN television.

According to him, Dodik, "without looking back", broke the agreement with SDS on joint action in state institutions, because SNSD, together with political parties from the Federation of BiH, expelled SDS from the Council of Ministers of BiH in October 2013.

-If we agree with Milorad Dodik now, nothing guarantees that this will not happen again, Bosić said.

Assessing that SNSD is a large party, the leader of SDS expressed hope that "some other people will come to the head of that party, who will keep their word, who will not humiliate others, and who will work in the interest of RS".

-I invite Milorad Dodik, and I think it would be wise for him, not to run again for the president of SNSD. If it means anything to him, in that case, I will not run for president of SDS either, Bosić conveyed.

According to him, in this way, other people can be given a chance to establish normal relations.

-He has created relations that are so strained and on the verge of breaking that he is, in fact, a danger to Republika Srpska, Bosić assessed.

Internal party elections will be held in SNSD and SDS in April, and new party leaderships will be elected. Dodik has already announced that he will run again for the president of SNSD.
