Bosić and Tadić did not give consent for the use of the hall

Regarding the information that has been circulated in the public concerning the issuance of approval for the use of the Great Hall of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PABiH) on March 1, 2015, the Public Relations Department of the PABiH issued a statement, Patria reports.

- Based on Article 4 of the Instructions on the manner of using halls in the PABiH building, the decision on approving and using the Great Hall in the PABiH building is made exclusively by the speakers of both houses of the PABiH.

Based on these facts, it is easy to conclude that the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mladen Bosić, and the Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the PABiH, Ognjen Tadić, did not participate in making the decision on the use of the Great Hall of the PABiH on March 1, 2015, nor is it within their jurisdiction,” it is stated at the end of the statement from the Public Relations Department of the PABiH - the statement says.
