Borjana Krišto President of the Commission for Election and Appointment of CIK BiH Members

SARAJevo, (Patria) - The constitutive session of the Commission for Election and Appointment of Members of the Central Election Commission of BiH was held in Sarajevo, and Borjana Krišto was elected President of the Commission for Election and Appointment of Members of the CIK BiH.

The Commission for Election and Appointment has seven members, of which two are appointed by the President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council from among the Council members (appointed Milan Tegeltija and Berina Alihodžić), three are appointed by the Administrative Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH from among the members of the Commission from the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH (appointed Borjana Krišto, Nebojša Radmanović, and Safet Softić), and two are appointed by the President of the CIK BiH from among the members of the CIK BiH (appointed Irena Hadžiabdić and Stjepan Mikić).

Today, the plan for the next activities in the process of appointing five members of the CIK BiH, namely two Bosniaks, two Serbs, and one Croat, was discussed, the CIK BiH announced.
