
(Patria) - State representative Branislav Borenović (PDP) reacted to a text by the portal Istraga.ba in which the state Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH Staša Košarac (SNSD) is linked to the Tito and Dino drug cartel, and that he lobbied for a certain Fatih Kol to be appointed honorary consul of BiH in Panama.
"Scandalous and frightening – these are the words that clearly describe the actions of this government.
Allegations that a member of a known drug cartel, a Turkish citizen, was appointed honorary consul of BiH in Panama on the proposal of BiH Presidency member Željka Cvijanović, and with the lobbying of the first SNSD minister Košarac, is yet another unimaginable precedent orchestrated by this government.
How is this possible, where does this connection come from? The competent institutions must react immediately, because the public demands answers. The BiH Prosecutor's Office must inform the public in detail about these allegations, and if even a fraction proves true, the only correct course is the dismissal of those responsible for this unprecedented scandal," Borenović stated in a post on X.
