SARAJEVO, (Patria) - At today's regular session of the Assembly of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, the Law on Amendments to the Law on Additional Rights of Veterans and Members of Their Families in the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton was considered and adopted.
The Amendments to the Law, among other things, provide for the right to a cash existential allowance in the amount of 5 KM per month spent in the defensive-liberation war for demobilized veterans who have reached the age of 55 up to the age of 57, provided they participated in the defensive-liberation war for at least 18 months, and who also meet other conditions specified by the Law.
Improvements were made and the rights of veterans, as provided for in the basic Law, were further clarified.
The Assembly of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton adopted the Report on the Work of the Cantonal Public Attorney's Office for 2020, and took note of the Report on the Work of the Prosecutor's Office of HNC for 2020.
