The struggle continues: Will the Assembly of the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina be illegal due to delegates from the BPK?

The Electoral Assembly of the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be held on December 22 in Ilidža, and the Executive Board (EB) of the FA BiH has already proposed the agenda of the Assembly.

However, currently a confusing atmosphere prevails in the umbrella organization of football in BiH, with the leaders of the FA BiH mutually accusing each other, and as Patria learns, politics is key in this case! On Thursday, the Football Government of BiH will be elected, which further complicates matters, as the credibility of the Assembly is questioned due to four delegates from the BPK.

Whether the Assembly of the FA BiH will be legal at all is a new story that will significantly shake up the football world in our country, following the dispute between Elvedin Begić, president of the FA BiH, and Faruk Hadžibegić.

Incidentally, there has been turmoil in Goražde for some time, and the credibility of the president of the FA BPK, Muhidin Raščić, is in question.

We remind you that the scheduled electoral session of the Assembly on September 21, 2016, was supposed to be canceled due to information from the Ministry of Education, Youth, Science, Culture and Sports and Minister Damir Žuga that the Football Association of BPK Goražde, led by President Muhidin Raščić, had never completed re-registration.

According to the provisions of legal regulations and the status of the completed registration of the FA BPK Goražde, it has no right to conduct sports activities, as it has not been entered into the Register with the competent Ministry in accordance with the Law and Statute, and thus carries out its activities and operations illegally.

Most stakeholders were shocked by this fact that the FA BPK Goražde is actually not legally registered at all!

This has now been officially announced, and the new re-registration was rejected on December 19, and the document, as we learn, is in the FA BiH, but there is still no reaction.
