Blinken says US remains committed to the future of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH citizens ask him to stop Dodik

(Patria) - US Secretary of State Antony Blinken sent a message to Bosnia and Herzegovina today via his Twitter account.

“We have just delivered a bilateral donation of 96,000 doses of Moderna coronavirus vaccines to the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The United States continues to strive to end the pandemic and remains firmly committed to the future of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” Blinken wrote.

In more than 70 responses, besides gratitude, BiH citizens asked the US Secretary of State to stop Milorad Dodik before a new war occurs.

 

Please stop Dodik before another war happens,Bosnian people have been very patient. But with the current Dayton agreement it seems institutions are powerless or totally corrupt and not doing their jobs.a war is not what we want but it is the last option to solve this situation

They also posted images of armed police officers from a parade held in Banja Luka on the occasion of the unconstitutional January 9, who sang a march for the cross, sending a message that non-Serbs are surplus in Banja Luka and presumably in the RS as well. 

One comment states that genocide must not be repeated. 

Incidentally, the US has imposed new sanctions on Milorad Dodik, as well as on ATV due to corruption.
