(Patria) - U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken congratulated the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Statehood Day.

"The United States of America has been your enduring partner for more than three decades and remains firmly committed to protecting the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and multi-ethnic character of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We will continue to work with the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina to advance the reforms necessary to secure your country's rightful place in the Euro-Atlantic community of nations.

We will continue to hold accountable those individuals and institutions that threaten the stability of Bosnia and Herzegovina and security.
