616,638 KM TO BE CONFISCATED: Indictment against Euro-Asfalt director Hamed Ramić confirmed

SARAJevo, (Patria) - The Cantonal Court in Sarajevo confirmed the indictment of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office against Hamed Ramić, director of the company Euro-Asfalt, for the criminal offense of abuse of position or authority.

"The accused is charged with, as a responsible person, specifically the director of the company Euro-Asfalt from Sarajevo, making illegal payments to the account of the Employment Agency 'Leading' for the fictitious engagement of students. The money paid to the agency's account was withdrawn in cash by the previously accused Enisa and Sanel Đalić and, minus a commission, handed over to the accused Ramić through an intermediary. In this way, the accused obtained an unlawful property benefit for the company Euro-Asfalt in the amount of 616,638.57 KM," stated the KS Prosecutor's Office.

In the indictment, the acting prosecutor proposed to the court the confiscation of the mentioned property benefit.
