Bimal Donates to "Naša djeca" Kindergarten

BRČKO, (Patria) - The company BIMAL has realized its traditional annual donation, the 11th in a row, to the JU "Naša djeca" in Brčko, drawing attention to the importance of quality support for children and educational institutions. Listening to the kindergarten's needs, BIMAL presented a valuable donation in the form of a passenger van that will be used for transporting children.

"Investing in children is investing in the future, and having the opportunity to be a part of the growth of children from our local community, and to positively influence the content of their stay in kindergarten, represents the greatest success for us," said Ilija Studen, President of the Management Board of STUDEN Group.

The donation to the "Naša djeca" kindergarten represents a strategic commitment of the business group, which sees responsibility towards its 600 employees and the local community, where the most famous Agro-Industrial Complex in the country is located, in this decision. The complex includes not only the edible oil production factory BIMAL but also the STUDEN-AGRANA Sugar Refinery and MINGOS coffee.

Continuous work on improving business operations also relies on the support of the youngest members of the business group. Therefore, in addition to regular donations to the local kindergarten, a system of privileges for employees who have become parents has been established.

"In order to promote the importance of family and family values, our business group has recognized an opportunity to send a message together with its employees that being a desirable employer means being there for the families of its employees," said Ilija Studen, and invited other companies in BiH to follow the example from Brčko. Through the donations made so far to kindergartens within JU "Naša djeca", BIMAL has significantly improved the content of play adapted for fun and learning, motor skill development, and the guidance of children who show special affinities and talents at the youngest age.
