BiH records progress on the list every year, but is still in the group of risky countries

Bosnia and Herzegovina is classified in the category of countries under “high alert”, reports the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).

According to the stability index, which has been compiled for the last ten years and is based on thousands of articles and reports from electronic sources, and covers political, economic and social stability, Bosnia and Herzegovina is again this year among the group of countries with a high degree of risk, along with Serbia.

Although our country has been consistently improving its position for the last five years, and out of 178 countries, it found itself in 86th place this year, this is apparently not enough for us to get out of the high-risk group of countries. Besides BiH, Serbia is also in the group of countries assessed as high-alert countries, while neighboring countries Croatia, Macedonia, and Albania rank slightly better.

Slovenia is the best among the former Yugoslav countries. It holds a good 163rd place. It is assessed as very stable and is in the group with France, Germany, the United States of America, and others.

When these studies were first published in 2005, Bosnia and Herzegovina held 22nd place and was in the group with Rwanda, Afghanistan, Kenya, and other risky countries. Today it holds 86th place. According to this statistic, this is about four times better than ten years ago, but it is still not enough to be classified as a stable country.

Therefore, it is not commendable to live in any of the countries at the top of the list.

The list of the world's riskiest countries includes countries like South Sudan, Somalia, and the Central African Republic. These countries have been at the top of the riskiest countries list since its inception.

The research shows that the most stable countries in the world are Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, New Zealand, Luxembourg, Iceland, Ireland, Australia, Canada, Austria, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and Slovenia, reports Patria.
