Bosnia and Herzegovina was and will remain an active participant in the fight against all forms of radicalism

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina most strongly condemns the inhumane treatment of prisoners by the ISIL army, the brutal murder of 21 Egyptian Copts (members of the Coptic Orthodox Church in Egypt), and the daily brutal torture and executions of numerous prisoners whom ISIL members consider enemies of Islam, reports the Patria News Agency.

At the same time, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina condemns the terrorist attack in Denmark and gives full support to Danish institutions working to shed light on the crime and making efforts to emphasize that this is a distortion of religion, not a fight between Islam and the West.

The daily events around the world that bear witness to attempts to justify crime through (dis)belief and (non)faith require a decisive and unanimous response from the civilized world. Bosnia and Herzegovina was and will remain an active participant in the fight against all forms of radicalism. Bearing this in mind, the MFA of BiH also condemns the murder of three American Muslims who are victims of a dangerous delusion about the conflict of religions and civilizations on a global scale.

BiH has clearly sided with the international coalition in the fight against ISIL and will be an active participant in all international efforts to defeat retrograde ideologies that shamefully and unjustly try to hide hatred towards the different behind religion, it was announced from the MFA.
