Bosnia and Herzegovina and the US Strengthen Cooperation: More Efficient Procedures for the Return of Persons Residing Without Permits

The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina has determined the Draft Basis for conducting negotiations and concluding an Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the United States of America on the readmission of persons residing without permits, which will be submitted to the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Minister of Security has been proposed as the BiH signatory.

By concluding this agreement and on the basis of reciprocity, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the United States of America will introduce faster and more efficient procedures for the identification and safe and orderly return of persons who do not meet the conditions for entry or stay in the territories of the two countries, reports the Patria agency.
