BH Telecom Warns of Fake SMS Messages

Given that yesterday evening, the BH Telecom Contact Center registered several calls from mobile network users who reported fake SMS messages sent from numbers starting with the prefix 0043820946xxx, we hereby warn users of the BH Mobile network not to respond to SMS messages from unknown numbers starting with the aforementioned prefix, reports the Patria News Agency.

- BH Telecom has already undertaken the necessary activities to block these messages, and we ask users for additional caution given that these are calling numbers with a high cost per call or SMS message, and potentially calling these numbers or sending a message could cause significant costs to users - it was announced from the company.
