BH Telecom Donates 1 Million KM to Flood Relief Fund

Today, the 38th Shareholders' Assembly of BH Telecom Joint Stock Company was held at the BH Telecom premises. Shareholders, proxies with voting rights, members of the Supervisory Board, the BH Telecom Management, and the Audit Committee attended the session, BH Telecom announced, Patria reports.

Among other things, a Decision on granting donations to legal entities in 2014 was adopted at today's session. As in previous years, BH Telecom is donating 1% of its last year's profit to legal entities this year. A total amount of 1,191,800 KM has been allocated for donations to legal entities for 2014. By adopting the Decision on granting donations today, the BH Telecom Assembly gave its consent to the company's Supervisory Board decision from August this year, by which the amount of 1 million KM is donated to the Federal Fund for Assistance to Disaster-Stricken Areas in the Territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The remaining donation amount of 191,800 KM will be distributed to legal entities in the fields of culture and sports after the completion of the tender procedure, which is currently underway.

BH Telecom has distributed over 9 million KM in donations in the last six years, and since the transformation of the former PTT, i.e., from 2002 to date, the company has distributed more than 16 million KM to legal entities through donation decisions.
