BH Telecom gets interim management

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Government of the Federation of BiH today at an emergency, telephone-held session gave prior consent to the BH Telecom Supervisory Board for the dismissal of the previous acting members of the Management Board of the Joint Stock Company BH Telecom Sarajevo due to the expiration of their mandate. 

At the same time, prior consent was given for the appointment of new acting members of the Management Board, namely that Sedin Kahriman be appointed as acting General Director, and as acting Executive Directors in the executive directorates: Muamer Hadžović (business development), Samir Jusufović (legal affairs, organization and human resources management), Adnan Huremović (technology and service development), Mirza Odobašić (economic and financial affairs), Kemal Kapetanović (investments) and Samira Ćerim (information technology), announced the Office of the Government of FBiH for Public Relations.

Consent was given for the appointment for a period until the completion of the competition procedure, but no longer than 12 months.

This decision enters into force on the day of its adoption and will be published in the “Official Gazette of FBiH”.
