Bh. news agency Patria celebrates its first birthday today

Launched by journalists and marketing experts, Patria has managed to establish itself as an important and politically influential media outlet in Bosnia and Herzegovina in just 12 months of operation, presenting texts, news from BiH, the region, business, Europe, the world, sports, crime, and lifestyle magazines via the website www.nap.ba to other media, and providing all content completely free of charge.

From February 2014 to February 2015, the news agency Patria published more than 8,000 articles, and more than 3,000 of these articles were republished by around 400 media outlets in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Slovenia...

Patria's editors and journalists strive to be a corrective factor in Bosnian society. Through their investigative stories, they have exposed some of the biggest scandals in BiH, such as those related to the insufficiently controlled pharmaceutical market in BiH, the problems of Energopetrol workers after the INA/MOL consortium entered the former BiH oil giant, the Bosnalijek scandal, scandals surrounding the director of the Federal Police Administration Dragan Lukač, we uncovered a Facebook page with explicit content featuring underage girls, numerous life stories, and our work was particularly highlighted during the February protests and floods when we brought stories directly from the scene.

We were the first in the region to feature Kenan Trebinčević, author of the bestseller "Bosanska lista", and among the first to enter the home of the new BiH coach Mehmed Baždarević's parents...

We have presented numerous successful BiH companies, as well as entrepreneurs who form the backbone of BiH's economy.

Patria does not shy away from pointing out deviant social phenomena that need correction, such as corruption in politics, economy, healthcare, and the judiciary...

Through its work, Patria highlights values in BiH society that need further exploitation and attempts to contribute to a just environment for all citizens.

Thanks to the verified information we provide to a wide network of media outlets, the news agency Patria records increasing visitor numbers to its portal daily, and the reach of the information we disseminate is constantly growing.
