BH-Gas continues to threaten: We will be forced to stop gas supply on Monday

According to the Conclusion of the Government of the Federation of BiH, tomorrow (02/20/2015) the deadline expires for the payment of a portion of the debt of nearly 32 million KM (for December 2014 and January 2015) by the company Sarajevogas to the company BH-Gas. So far, Sarajevogas has paid about 6 million KM of this amount, reports the Patria News Agency.

On this occasion, another meeting was held today at the BH-Gas headquarters with the Minister of Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection in the KS Government Zlatko Petrović, the Director of Sarajevogas Nihad Glamoč, and the Director of Toplane-Sarajevo Admir Džubur.

BH-Gas was represented at this meeting by Director Mirza Sendijarević, Executive Director Haris Hrnjičić, Director of the Technical Sector Vahid Klinac, and Head of the Transport Department Mirza Musić.

- Minister Zlatko Petrović proposed that the December and January invoices be paid by March 31, which the Management of BH-Gas accepted, but on the condition that a payment plan and promissory notes as security instruments be provided by the Government of Sarajevo Canton, i.e., Sarajevogas. In order to meet these conditions by the deadline set by the Government of the Federation of BiH, it is necessary for the Government of Sarajevo Canton to organize an urgent session, which Minister Zlatko Petrović claimed is not possible before next Wednesday - it was announced from BH-Gas.

BH-Gas expresses deep concern due to the current situation, as otherwise it is forced to act in accordance with the Conclusion of the Government of the Federation of BiH and suspend the gas supply on Monday, February 23.
