Bosnian boxer based in Germany: Tenth victory for Alem Begić from Srebrenica

Alem Begić, a Bosnian professional boxer living in Germany, recorded his tenth victory in the professional ring in as many matches, reports the Patria News Agency.  

In Munich, at the "Ring of Fire" event, he defeated Yesilat Berkt, a Turk with a German passport, on points. Throughout the entire match, Alem dominated and even sent his opponent to the canvas twice, according to Begić's team.

With his boxing skills and offensive and attractive fighting style, he once again delighted martial arts fans in Germany, who already see him as the successor to Felix Sturm.

Alem Begić was born on March 7, 1987, in Munich. He spent part of his life, until the age of three, in Srebrenica with his grandparents, and at the beginning of the war, along with his relatives, he went to Munich where his parents were located.

Begić had his first professional match in his hometown of Srebrenica on November 22, 2014, and has only recorded victories since then. Alem is the cousin of Ćamil Duraković, the mayor of Srebrenica, and he has been a great support in his career so far. The fact that he trains with Björn Schulz, the conditioning coach of Wladimir Klitschko, and that his manager is the excellent Dalibor Ban, confirms that he is a great prospect.
