Bevanda: I did not make the decision for FBiH to pay 32 million KM to RS

(Patria) - The Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH announced that the Decision on the first temporary settlement for 2020, by which the Federation of BiH must pay 32,378,372.17 KM to Republika Srpska, was not made by the Minister of Finance and Treasury of BiH, Vjekoslav Bevanda.

"This was done by the Management Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH, which was announced today in the 'Official Gazette of BiH'. The Minister of Finance and Treasury of BiH does not have the authority to make these decisions alone, and the legal procedures for settlements between entities are clear and were followed at the session of the UIO Management Board on July 31, when the decision was made based on final consumption indicators," the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH announced.

They note in the announcement that the publication in the 'Official Gazette of BiH' is only part of the regular procedure.
