Bevanda: State ministers will answer MPs' questions on floods

At the beginning of the session of the House of Representatives of the BiH PA, Mladen Bosić requested that the item on the Council of Ministers of BiH's response to the proposed conclusions presented at the 67th session of the House of Representatives in the discussion on the Information of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH on the consequences of the natural disaster in BiH be removed from the agenda, reports Patria. However, this item remained on the agenda.

- I believe that due to the volume of the material, we should hold a special session with only this item on the agenda - said Bosić.

The Head of the House of Representatives, Šefik Džaferović, assessed that a special session on floods should be held, but that it is also necessary to discuss today what has been done in the previous period. Saša Magazinović said that a special session should be held, but that reports should also be discussed today because all ministers are at the session.

- We are a bit spoiled. Sometimes we complain that ministers are not present, sometimes that the materials are too extensive, and sometimes that they are poor - said Magazinović.

The Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Vjekoslav Bevanda, said that he expects the House of Representatives of the BiH PA to discuss the information on the consequences of the natural disaster in BiH. He added that the material is extensive, almost two hundred pages long, and that all institutions have sent responses to inquiries about what they did during the floods.

- We have also attached the minutes from the Council of Ministers sessions so that there are no more speculations about when the sessions were held. And I have instructed all ministers to come so that they can immediately answer the questions asked - said Bevanda.

He did not specify which institutions failed when we talk about floods, but that the MPs' discussion could show that.

- Everything is stated in the reports. The Coordination Body also did not receive a positive assessment, and I expect the MPs to discuss that as well. In fact, I support everything that does not have a political connotation - added Bevanda.
